I've got a 39" TV, netflix, computer, wireless keyboard, mouse and headphones in front of my machines to help motivate.
I'll sometimes even play electric guitar along with Youtube videos while I'm banging away at the bike.
I'm going to try playing while I'm walking on the treadmill one of these days.

The motivation seems to be working.
I rode the stationary bike 5 hours and 52 minutes yesterday
Binge watched netflix, had two meals and watched the entire Super Bowl while spinning.

Today I only did a 90 minute recovery ride.

Dale, my new exercise is for getting in and out of the  Solo:  knee up, pull shin in, pivot on butt to get my number twelves over the battery case/sill.   I practice when I drive my car--it even helps prevent kicking the paneling on the door of my present cars. Big Grin
